For a school assignment, I focused on creating detailed flowcharts for a staffing agency, Let'sWork, and wireframing the mid-fidelity screens for new feature implementations.

For the staffing agency, creating a detailed sitemap was crucial to present the site’s functions clearly and systematically. This allowed me to set up an organized flowchart, making navigation and features easy to understand. Additionally, I developed a unique feature called FlexMatch to help the agency stand out in the market. I designed FlexMatch across five mid-fidelity screens to showcase its functionality effectively. With FlexMatch, users can specify their (average) weekly availability, indicating which time slots they prefer and are available to work each day. This feature enhances compatibility and better aligns with the needs of both employers and employees.
